ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT VCT PADA WANITA PEKERJA SEKS DI PUSKESMAS KABUPATEN PEMALANG DALAM SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19

The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted the voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) program for female sex workers (WPS) as evidenced by a decrease in use of VCT FSW. Therefore, existence COVID-19 requires adaptation to sustainability (adaptive management). purpose this study was find out adaptive management at Pemalang District Health Center situation. This type qualitative research uses focus group discussion (FGD) method collect data related on primary health care Participants involved FGDs were stakeholders HIV workers. Data analysis using content (content analysis). results showed that carried is not doing mobile VCT, with protocols, delivering test via SMS, post-test counseling. Challenges obstacles adapting are interest women do still low, provided limited, understand results, risk messages being opened. Design improvements based ideas through promotion social media, some from community role models, owners (pimps) requiring regular FSW care, running (6 months) protocol, counselors must be able provide information easy understand, clear concise, can telephone convey results.
